Sales Manager (Geotechnical) - RemoteRemote£55,000 - £65,000 + progression to Board + training + company car + car allowance + life assurance + cycle to work scheme + bonusAre you a Sales Manager Manager or similar with a background in Civils / Construction looking to step into an integral role in a specialist organisation providing innovative geotechnical, structural, and renewable services, partnering closely with their globally-leadingparent company who offer generous training and progression opportunity to Board levelDo you have any Sales experience, seeking a versatile position overseeing the Estimating division, where you will tender for new work concerning the geotechnical stabilisation of steep soil/rock slopes and retaining walls, drilling, anchoring, and soil nailingOn offer is the opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to immediately add value to a team of dynamic and multi-disciplined individuals, managing the co-ordination of business development, sales and marketing, delivering results in a fast-pacedenvironment.The Role:

  • Win new business concerned with geotechnical stabilisation
  • Manage pricing and bidding as well as the development of new strategies in line with budget requirements
  • Assist the Board in the development of future business plans
  • Maximising sales/turnover
The Person:
  • Background in Civil Engineering / Construction
  • Experience in a Sales role
  • Must be fine travelling to client-sites a couple of times per week
