We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales / Sales Executive to join the team based at our site in Sheffield. This is a full time permanent role and in return, you will receive a competitive salaryplus benefits including25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and pension scheme – 5% employer contribution.The FVC business (part of Paralloy Ltd) manufactures high quality centrispun castings in low alloy, corrosion resistant steel and nickel alloys for industrial gas turbine, aerospace and process industries. The success of the Company has been built on developing quality products in rapid lead times supported by a focussed approach to customer service.We are now looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Sales Executive to support the FVC Sales Manager in the processing of new sales leads, monitoring of customer accounts and assisting in the providing of data and reports to management, as well as being the first line contact for our clients in delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities of our Inside Sales / Sales Executive:- Support the Sales Manager in developing sales opportunities, including researching & identifying potential accounts along with building rapport with clients to understand their needs so as to provide an exceptional service.- Assist with development of accounts including but not limited to checking buying history, suggesting related & new items. Managing sales calls via phone, emails and face to face situations, which could include overseas travel.- Liaising with technical & production departments in order to assist with assimilation of estimates and subsequent preparation of accurate quotations to customers own specifications.- Organising pricing for subcontracting operations – ensuring agreed prices are within budget.- Utilise and maintain CRM (sales force) system to assist with developing current and new accounts. Inputting of information onto spreadsheets (EXCEL) and the production control system (SYNCHRO).- Raising internal orders and monitoring their progress through the system.- Compilation of customer schedules, assisting with monthly statistics and sales report. Distribution of information to relevant departments. Maintenance of progress reports.- Adherence to Company QA procedures.- General administrative duties and archiving of documentation.What we’re looking for in our Inside Sales / Sales Executive:- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and represent the business at all levels with customers.- A manufacturing background is preferred with a working knowledge of manufacturing business processes.- Good organisational skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.- Excellent administrative and IT skills.- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.- Able to operate on own initiative but contribute in a team environment.If you feel you have the skills and experience to become one of our Inside Sales / Sales Executive, then please click ‘Apply’ today!
