We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our friendly team at our busy branch in Sheffield.This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5pm and Saturdays (1 in 4) 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime)About the roleMain duties are:· serving on the trade counter· answering phone and email queries· processing sales orders· cleaning/ tidying· helping in warehouse as and when requiredAbout youThe right candidate will have previous customer service experience and have a hands-on approach; knowing of the importance of developing good customer relations to help drive business and manage customer queries.We are looking for someone who is a team player, with a pro-active attitude and with the willingness to learn.
