Job Description

This role requires a Safety Coordinator to oversee and implement safety training initiatives within the industrial manufacturing sector. The position will involve the coordination of safety training programmes, ensuring compliance with health and safetyregulations.Client DetailsMy client is a leader in the industry.   • Coordinate and oversee company-wide safety training programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement new safety training initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to identify areas for safety improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on training progress and effectiveness.
  • Respond to any safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current safety trends and practices in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety throughout the company.
ProfileA successful Safety Training Coordinator should have:
  • A degree in engineering, health and safety, or a related field.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing safety training.
  • A proven track record in coordinating and implementing training programmes.
  • Knowledge of local and national health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster a culture of safety.
Job Offer
  • An estimated salary range of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum.
