Customer Service Administrator - 12 Month FTC £22-25KElevation Recruitment Group is excited to be recruiting a Romanian Customer Service Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract, to provide Customers service and support to both internal and external customers for a large manufacturing company in NorthSheffield. As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:*Processing all orders, whether they come in via phone and email imputing them into the ERP *Assisting with reviewing and coordinating customer service, shipping, plant schedules, inventory levels, and sales activities*Reviewing reports, orders, shipments, and other information as required or directed by management*Liaising with various departments to ensure customer requirements can be met*Managing customer expectation regarding updates, issues or delaysTechnical requirements for a Customer Service Representative include: *Competent in word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook *1-2 years progressive customer service experience*Experience in a fast paced Manufacturing environment*Strong Administrative experience *Confident telephone mannerIf this role sounds like something you are interested in please dont hesitate to get in touch!
