Job Opportunity: Risk and Compliance Team ExecutiveLocation: Outskirts of SheffieldSalary Range: £25,000 - £28,000 Position Type: Full-time, Permanent About Us:At CRA Consulting, we specialize in bridging top-tier legal talents with reputable law firms. Currently, were in search of a committed Legal Compliance Executive for a renowned law firm located on the outskirts of Sheffield. Key Responsibilities:-Legal Compliance: Ensure all firm operations and business dealings adhere to relevant -----legal rules and internal guidelines. -Research & Analysis: Analyze new and existing legislation for relevance and applicability, ensuring firm-wide adherence. -Policy Formation: Formulate, modify, and enforce internal policies in line with local, national, and international legal standards. -Training & Development: Lead compliance training sessions for staff, ensuring a consistent understanding of regulations. -Risk Oversight: Detect, assess, and monitor potential risks, ensuring alignment with the firms compliance standards. -Report Generation: Compile detailed compliance reports for senior leadership. -Audit Coordination: Partner with both internal and external audit teams, ensuring transparency and accessibility of required documentation. -Advisory Role: Serve as a primary point of contact for departmental heads and senior management on compliance queries. -Process Enhancement: Continuously review and propose improvements to the firms compliance procedures. -Stay Informed: Engage in ongoing legal education, attending seminars and workshops to stay abreast of compliance trends. Candidate Profile:- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. - Prior experience in a compliance position, with a preference for candidates familiar with legal settings. - In-depth knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards. - Sharp analytical and organizational capabilities. - Exceptional communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and specialized legal software.
