Badenoch & Clark have been commissioned to partner with a local housing association to assist them in recruiting a suitably experienced Repairs & Voids Supervisor on a permanent basis for either their offices located in Sheffield or Lincolnshire.The housing association managers 7,000 homes offering a range of other services to support people and communities across Lincolnshire.Job Purpose*Interpreting data, creating schedules, drawings and writing reports for our Prime and senior management teams*Supporting your line manager in supervising your team, face to face and remotely as required*Applying your strong technical knowledge of repairs, maintenance, minor works and empty properties to deliver amazing outcomes for our customers*Meeting with stakeholders to plan, prioritise and land projects within your scope*Effectively managing your repairs, maintenance and empty properties teams to deliver services in-line with objectives and Approved Codes of Practices (ACOPs) and current statutory and non-statutory legislation.*Ensuring the delivery of a safe, high quality, efficient, productive service both inside and outside normal working hours as appropriate. Ensuring we meet the needs, managing the expectations of our customers in line with vision, values, principles, strategic objectives and promises.*Monitoring and controlling cost, quality and time approach to all works delivered by direct and indirect workforce in accordance with the agreed budgets and targets.*Holding regular coaching meetings, setting and agreeing targets and objectives with your team, including regular development reviews.*Ensuring that repairs are delivered on time to customers, and in line with top quartile performance.
