With over 20 specialists based in the HQ, the company are ready and waiting for you.The role in a nutshellMaintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalismEffective development of relationships with all relevant partiesManaging the progress of transactions from the point of contracts issued to completionChasing solicitors for task and milestone updates throughout transactionManaging the inputting of accurate progress informationProvide guidance to sellers and buyers on the conveyancing process Ensuring clients and agents are kept informed of case progressEstablishing and reporting forecasted exchanges monthly to the businessAdding all relevant information to appropriate reports and spreadsheets
