Rehabilitation Assistant Department: Community Intermediate Care Service (CICS)Location: Community (citywide)AFC Band: 2Hours Per Week: 37.5This Vacancy We are looking to recruit additional Rehabilitation Assistants to work within Community Intermediate Care Service (CICS). Your role will be to deliver person centered care to patients within their own homes. You will deliver quality care to patients requiring rehabilitation, those who are nearing the end of life or people who have suffered a stroke.About UsCICS support patients by providing care and clinical support at home to avoid hospital admission or facilitate discharge from hospital.
