At Blue Arrow we embrace blended working and offer our people hybrid working with the freedom to work part of their week from home (initially you will work 4-5 days in the office whilst training).We are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that support our Operational teams when its time to switch off.Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Proactively identifying and establishing new client relationships within the catering sector
• Developing relationships and growing business opportunities with existing catering clients
• Outbound business development calls and sales activities
• Filling temporary catering bookings
• Visiting clients and team meetings so you will need to drive and have access to a car
• Marketing, advertising, and working to sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
• Sourcing, interviewing and recruiting temporary catering staff
• Payroll and compliance administration
• Updating systems

About You:As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will have great relationship building and excellent business development skills with the ability and passion to grow a successful warm desk within the catering sector OR you can join as a Trainee RecruitmentAssociate if you are sales orientated and ideally have a good understanding of the catering industry.About Us:Blue Arrow specialises in staffing for Admin & Secretarial including Call Centre, Transport & Logistics, Hospitality & Catering, Manufacturing & Production and Public Sector.Some of the benefits we offer:
