Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our very busy Sheffield office. This exciting opportunity is full time with flexible working patterns, a rewarding salary £21k - £23k Basic and great benefits including a generous bonus scheme. -Recruitment Co-ordinatorReporting to: - Managing DirectorOBJECTIVETo support the consultants allowing them to exceed their targets. To provide efficient support in the taking of bookings, tracking candidate availability and the fulfilment of roles. To ensure full adherence to the REC code of conduct and legislative compliance.TASKS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES of a Recruitment Co-ordinator

  • To take accurate and detailed job specifications from clients and match suitably qualified candidates to the role.
  • Ensure regular contact is maintained with clients and candidates. Both prior during and post assignment.
  • Track lapsed candidates to ensure we have a pipeline of cleared candidates available for the sales staff to market.
  • Sourcing candidates via job boards, company database and Linked in.
  • Produce availability bulletins for key customers and spec available candidates into existing clients.
  • Compile shortlist of qualified candidates for long term placement.
  • Ensure internal processes are followed and recruitment software is up to date.
  • Report on market research, recruitment & competitors to your line manager.
  • Ensure individual KPIs are hit.
  • Other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by senior management.
  • Identify with line manager any CPD requirements.
