SCHOOLS / EDUCATION RECRUITMENT ADVISOR - NONE AGENCY - IN-HOUSE - INTERNAL - AMAZING BENEFITSAre you an experienced Recruitment Advisor or Recruitment Consultant looking for more experience in an in-house internal recruitment role My client is a global leader in digital technology and they need an Education Recruitment Consultant to service theneeds of their client schools, offering them a range of a high calibre teaching candidates. They are leaders in using digital technology to make life easier for schools and teachers and as part of their offering they provide a professionaland reputable recruitment service to schools.Basic Scope and primary objectives:The Schools Recruitment Team and Recruitment Consultants / Recruitment Advisors support schools by connecting them with high-quality teaching and leadership candidates from within the extensive business network. The key objective for this role is to contributeto the delivery of a search and selection operation that will enable School Sales to achieve its commercial goals through the following three measures:

  • Ensuring the company attains and maintains a market leading position in the provision of search and selection solutions in the academic sector.
  • Winning and executing assignments with a strong emphasis on delivery and quality.
  • Working hand in hand with internal International School Sales team and external schools/customers.
Responsibilities for Recruitment Adviser: This will include but not be limited to:
  • Conducting briefing calls with international client schools to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Searching for candidates using all appropriate methods, including database searches and placing adverts on the company portal.
  • Reviewing applications and conducting screening calls with candidates
  • Producing and presenting a shortlist of suitable candidates to the client
  • Managing and updating candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Carrying out other reasonable tasks from time to time as directed by the Head of Customer Services.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
  • Fast learner, customer driven and motivated by targets.
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment.
  • Possess strong numerical analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and an ability to multitask, managing a number of recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • An enthusiastic, energetic and hard-working team player who excels in a creative team environment.
  • A proactive attitude and an ability to articulate thinking clearly.
Desirable:
  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Education sector
  • Knowledge of the education sector, preferably with an awareness of some of the challenges within the sector.
  • Experience of adopting a client-focused and consultative approach; using their initiative to respond to the changing needs of teachers and schools.
  • Practical knowledge of recruitment systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of international employment law and its application to recruitment.
