Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our team. Whether you have been an in-house recruiter, talent acquisition specialist or worked within a fast-paced recruitment agency environment this is a real opportunity to develop yourcareer and join a passionate and fast-growing business.Compassionate, competent staff are key to providing outstanding homecare services that respond to our customers needs and preferences. Working alongside our Care Managers and Operations Director you will take ownership of the whole recruitment process andnurture all new recruits from interview through the onboarding process.It is your responsibility to ensure there are enough staff with the right skills, knowledge and understanding to meet the needs of the growing business across our 2 offices.Your Experience and Suitability:

  • It is essential you have previous recruitment experience. It would be advantageous if this is within Health & Social care although this is not essential.
  • You will be required to work across our Sheffield and Chesterfield offices so a full driving licence and vehicle is essential.
Key Duties:
  • Work alongside our Care Managers and Operations Director to ensure there are sufficient Care Assistants recruited for the needs of the business
  • Manage the recruitment process via our ATS Team Tailor
  • Arrange interviews and send relevant correspondence
  • Build effective working relationships with all recruitment sources and investigate and implement new sources
  • Nurture new applicants using Team Tailor and Care Friends
  • Search CV Databases to discover new talent
  • Regularly post job adverts via Team Tailor, social media and other platforms
  • Identify advertising opportunities
  • Contribute content to the business microsite and make use of social media to attract suitable candidates
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaigns
  • Ensuring that recruitment KPIs are updated on a monthly basis and the information is accurately reported
  • Promote anti-discriminatory practice in recruitment and selection
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to recruitment matters
  • Complete exit interviews
  • Be prepared to work flexibly as part of the Bluebird Care team
