Guest Services/ Receptionist Sheffield City Centre£12 -£13 p/h3- months (full-time)We are currently seeking a Guest Services/ FOH Receptionist on an ongoing temporary basis. The client is a global bank and the role is based is Sheffield city centre. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to work on other sites across the UK. Key Responsibilities:* Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.* Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments and individuals.* Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is presentable and organized at all times.* Ensure that all visitors sign in and are given appropriate visitor passes.* Manager meeting rooms.* Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.Requirements:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.* Ability to work well in a team environment.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.If you are looking to gain experience in a corporate environment on an Adhoc basis, submit your CV today for immediate screening
