Penguin Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and reputable Remediation Contractor who are currently offering a permanent role for a Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will report to their office based in Sheffield.Applicants must demonstrate a strong academic background, having a degree in quantity surveying or similar Preferably candidates would have professional qualifications and/ or membership of the RICS or another relevant Chartered Institute.Experience relating to pre-construction Quantity Surveying, estimating, project cost plans, feasibility studies and measurements, costing and quoting for tender requests, billing of quantities, contract assessments, organising project schedules and liaising with clients.Knowledge of, and experience, in administering high value, earthworks and brownfield remediation project work packages/ contracts utilising forms of contract such as NEC3 is desired.The position offers a competitive salary as well as an excellent variety of benefits, discretionary bonus, long term service awards and more.If you are interested in this role please do not hesitate to contact Matt Thompson on or call .
