Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with residential experience to join a reputable national housing developer to be based from their Sheffield office in a role with training, progression, large scale projects in a friendly company whilst receivinga fantastic salary, package and car/car allowance.On offer is the chance to join a rapidly growing housing developer with a corporate level presence but family feel culture in a role with large residential projects and the chance to continue progressing your career to senior levels.This well-established company operate across the Midlands and North, producing 2000 quality homes per year. Despite the pandemic they have continued to increase turnover and have ambitious plans to continue expanding, building more homes whilst maintainingthe quality of their developments. Now due to commercial growth they are looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor.In this role you will be based from the Sheffield office and operating across the South Yorkshire region on various residential developments. You will report into the commercial director and be responsible for subcontractor procurement and payment, producedevelopment budgets, review valuations, attend commercial meetings and subcontractor performance meetings. You will need previous quantity surveying experience within a residential setting for this role. You will be hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2days at home) and required to travel therefore a full driving licence is required.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from a residential background to join an ambitious, expanding company in a role with a close knit, family feel team, large developments, training and progression opportunities alongside a great salaryand package.
