The role requires the successful candidate to ensure the implementation and efficient running ofa Quality Control Role for all Projects.. This will included on-site inspections, overseeing processes both in-house and at Supplier’s premises, as well as documenting all procedures and producing the correct paperwork.Responsibilities:• Creation of ITP’s (Inspection record sheets & quality control reports)• Site inspections including liaising with clients for witnessed inspections• Physical visual and dimensional quality checks at the head office and at suppliers’ premises prior to delivery to site• The production and maintenance of technical files (data sheets, material sheets, delivery notes, specification compliance)• Produce final inspection reports• Production of O&M Manuals• Checking of packaging & labelling deliveries (labels & DPP pack)• Oversee correct loading of vehicles where material necessitates• Prepare drawings & quality/quantity check packs & dispatch labels for Quality Checks• Chase missing Conformity Certificates for deliveries received• Assist in compiling paperwork for documentation• Management of Quality Issue Resolution• Management of Corrective / preventative action management• Managing site team’s QA process• NCR Handling• Oversee Factory Asset Testing procedures• Work alongside our Compliance Manager to ensure QC requirements are kept up to dateExperience & Qualifications• Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role• Competent with LOLER 9.2• Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D fabrication drawings• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach• Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies• Full clean driving license• Ability to communicate at all levels• Strong attention to detail• Flexibility to carry out the necessary duties to complete the task efficiently and in a timely Manner
