As well as the satisfaction of knowing you’ll be contributing to projects that make a real difference to the world around us, Faradionoffer employees a variety of additional benefits.About the role:Supporting and working with the Senior Management Accountant and Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for the purchase of goods, materials and services, liaising with suppliers and internal teams regarding delivery expectations and any issues thatare encountered..

  • Responsible for the purchase of goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
  • Expected to liaise with suppliers regarding due and overdue goods.
  • Must be able to build relationships with the supplier base
  • Expected to work with other members of the wider team to solve suppliers’ invoice queries in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for matching invoices against purchase orders on the system
  • Expected to reconcile supplier statements.
  • Process expenses/mileage claims for team members.

You will be able to demonstrate:
  • Either previous experience working in a similar role or completion of a recent relevant degree in the field of procurement/supply chain/logistics
  • High level knowledge and skills in MS Excel, as well as proficient in relevant software such as MS Office including Outlook, Powerpoint and Word
  • Effective communication skills with people at all levels
  • A high level of attention to detail and able to take ownership of your work, successfully managing a varied workload
