Specifically, youll assist with stock purchasing, delivery control and the development of supplier relationships. As the initial point of contact for suppliers, youll ensure that all products meet contractual terms and adhere to the production schedule, preventing delays and enabling us to meet our customers expectations. Additionally, you will: - Order goods and progress orders, ensuring efficient and timely delivery - Keep our online files and systems up to date - Review order packs to minimise errors- Support stock takes- Liaise with internal teamsAbout YouTo be considered as a Purchasing Administrator, you will need:- Purchasing administrative experience - Excellent networking and communication skills- Strong influencing and negotiating skills - Excellent organisational and administrative skills- Excellent record of attention to detail and accuracy - IT proficiency- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalentOther organisations may call this role Buying Administrator, Procurement Administrator, Purchasing & Facilities Administrator, Purchasing & Logistics Administrator, Buying Assistant, or Purchasing Co-ordinator.
