Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a collaborative team on a 3-6 month temporary basis, with potential for permanent placement.This company specialises in building new build housing

  • Key Responsibilities:- Enter purchase invoices, check coding, and query invoices.- Resolve invoice discrepancies and manage timesheets.- Utilise COINS software for all ledger activities.
  • Salary & Benefits - £24,000-£26,000 salary equivalent- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week.- Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.- Laptop and monitor provided for home working.- On-site parking and access to a wellbeing suite.
