Job Description

Forde Recruitment are currently accepting applications for a Contract Manager on behalf of our client who is a leading supplier to the UK construction industry.With a management team that has over 100 years’ experience within the industry this has allowed them to grow significantly since they started.As well as the products they manufacture, they believe their contract management facility is an important part of the service they offer, and is key to the continued growth and success of their business.Role & Responsibilities

  • Site visits for measurement and specification
  • Product demonstrations and training
  • Planning/ Scheduling work through production facility
  • Main customer point of contact for site manager
  • Travel with some overnight stays
Skills & Abilities
  • Experience working for a joinery manufacturer for the construction sector or working within a similar role outside the joinery sector
  • Knowledge of construction site operations
  • Proven ability for organisational and systems accuracy
  • Experience of planning / scheduling
  • Good IT skills using Excel and Outlook
  • Current clean driving licence
  • Flexible approach to working
