Job Description

Job Title: Project ArchitectLocation: Sheffield, United KingdomSalary: Up to £40,000 per annumResponsibilities:

  • Create innovative and functional design concepts meeting client needs.
  • Utilize Revit for 3D modeling and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes and zoning regulations.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and permits.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Present design proposals, incorporating client feedback.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of building codes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
  • Proven experience as a Project Architect with a diverse portfolio.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
