We welcome applications from outside the sector and recognise the innovation and skills that the individual might bring to our team.We are looking for two Professional Service Procurement Managers to take responsibility for the management of senior supplier relationships and contracts and building collaborative relationships to deliver positive outcomes for the Trust and to be responsiblefor the leadership and line management of the Corporate Procurement Category Team. You will need to help and to lead the team in the development of a wide range of category management and contract management activities across HR and Legal Departments. Therelationship management across the supply market, internal senior stakeholders and external partners will be key to driving success in this category and so our future Professional Services Procurement Manager will see this as a key priority.Who are you

• An experienced leader in change management and team leadership.
• A resilient problem solver able to lead value-based procurement activities and resolve escalations.
• A strategic and critical friend to stakeholders internally and a strong supplier manager externally.
• Experienced in developing internal supply chain processes for the benefit of other departments across multiple sites.
• Ideally experienced with Professional Services Procurement.
• Able to provide guidance and advice in high risk, high value projects acting as a champion for corporate categories.
• Ideally MCIPS Qualified or studying towards
• A PCR2015 expert with demonstrable public sector procurement experience
