Job Description

Forde Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with South Yorkshire’s finest - Hendersons Relish in their search for a Warehouse/Production Operative at their production site in Sheffield.Hendersons Relish was first blended in 1885 and more than 130 years later they are still a family business, and still blending in Sheffield to a secret recipe.Are you ready to be an essential ingredient in the recipe for success We are on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join their production team permanently and play a vital role in crafting their quality products.The role

  • You would be working in a team of 5, including the production manager.
  • The role itself is really varied but the majority will be working along the production lines & operating the machines
  • Bottling relish according to bottling procedure & Mixing according to specifications.
  • You only have one shift: 0800 - 1600 Monday-Friday with 2x 30-minute breaks per day.
  • As a Production/Warehouse Operative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest standards of quality. Your commitment to precision will be the key ingredient in their recipe for success.

What we are looking for
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential, ideally food manufacturing
  • A collaborative spirit is key. Were looking for individuals who thrive in a team environment, working together to achieve common goals.
  • The most important thing in regard to recruitment at Henderson’s is the character. Candidates should have a really positive attitude and be willing to help others
  • Ideally candidates will have both a full UK driving licence and a reach truck licence (national licence)
