One of these exciting positions is a Production DevelopmentManager which will be solely located at the Dinnington plant.Client DetailsTan Delta Systems operate on a global scale with customers ranging from the largest engine manufacturers to small single equipment operators, from North America and Australia to Chile, India, Russia and Finland. Over many years Tan Delta has developed deepexperience and know-how in relation to the monitoring of all types of equipment using real time oil condition monitoring. The company develop core technologies and products inhouse, with manufacturing undertaken by carefully selected manufacturing partnerswith whom our dedicated production QA department works.DescriptionReporting directly to the CEO, the new Product Development Manager you will lead and drive the product roadmap and detailed specification of products and work closely with the development team to ensure specifications are fully realised as robust productsthat are easy for our customers to use.You will be expected to understand market and customer requirements, identify future trends and latent unaddressed customer requirements and translate these into detailed technical specifications which can be taken forward by our development team. This is awide-ranging role which will include liaising with customers, sales, development and production.The role will suit a talented engineering professional who is ambitious and has the focus, discipline and desire to define and create technologies and products that will be used and relied upon to inform users when their equipment requires maintenance.
