Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing are excited to be working with a marketing leading manufacturing facility in Sheffield who are looking for a process route / engineering specialist with ERP Knowledge to drive the implementation of some significantsystem investment across the business. Working within a highly experienced technical engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting key SOPs/BOMS, inputting and validating manufacturing sequences, liaising with Quality, defining non-conformance and leading key process route development. The Process Route Engineers duties and responsibilities will include:*Transfer key manufacturing information from work instructions / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) libraries to process instructions contained within routes*Liaise with the Quality function and define non-conformance functionality within manufacturing system.*Build and test process sequences*Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) describing system use*Train users to a quality standard in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills & experience: *Experience of writing sequential process routes for manufacturing operations.*Experience of working with computerised manufacturing systems.*Prior engineering experience is preferred*Prior experience working on/implementing an ERP system within manufacturing is preferred Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with senior engineering, technical and operational positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
