Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with an Industrial Gases business to recruit a Pressure Systems Engineer / Inspector, based in Rotherham.My client is a £750m TO, energy solutions business with over 2,500 employees. The Pressure Systems Engineer will manage a process to ensure that pressure systems, largely installed on customer sites, are maintained in a safe and reliable manner, and in compliancewith Pressure Systems Safety RegulationsThe Project Systems Engineers responsibilities will include:* Review and approval of Written Schemes of Examination for fixed pressure equipment* Provide advice and governance of inspection reports and corrective actions compiled by technicians* Verify compliance of customer owned vessels* Active participation in development of asset integrity processes, policies and standards* Manage external inspection resources and become Technical Authority in PSSR and UKCA/CE markingWe are very keen to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience:* Degree qualified Engineer, ideally chartered* Background in vessel inspection* Posses a thorough understanding of pressure system regulations and design codes* Knowledge of vacuum insulated/cryogenic vessels would be advantageous* Asset Integrity Management qualification would be desirable* Comfortable compiling and managing data* Able to coach and mentor inspection techniciansTo apply for this position please send your application or call for all enquiries.Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with senior engineering, technical and operational positions in South Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
