Job Description

A global Professional Services firm are looking for an interim PMO Planner to lead and manage the detailed plans and schedules for their Global Finance Transformation Programme.You will be a critical part of ensuring the successful detailed plan is built and actively managed, ensuring key dependencies are captured and incorporated into the plan. This organisation are going through a number of large-scale programmes to significantly change business operations; this includes SAP S4Hana, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow implementations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of master programme delivery plan.
  • Management of critical dependency log detailing delivery dates, proactively preventing slippages or risks.
  • Preparing different views of the programme plan e.g. Plan on a page or scenario based view to support programme board meetings.
  • Mobilising all programme and project management processes and procedures.
  • Work with the Programme Manager to track plan progress and ensure the plan is deliverable with a robust resource plan.
  • Key Requirements:
  • You will have experience in a Programme Planning role in complex programme environments.
  • Finance Transformation experience is essential.
  • You will have experience in Professional Services firms, ideally a legal firm or partnership model.
  • Have extensive expeirence using Microsoft Project.
  • You have managed stakeholders at all levels, ideally in a global organisation
  • This is an initial 12 month contract inside IR35, with some presence needed in Sheffield (when possible and not necessarily every week). Required skills
