Job Description

  • Establish data requirements working alongside the Planning Manager, stakeholders and the Client.
  • Establishing an accurate and consolidated Colleague list
  • Implementing common reporting definitions
  • Maintaining and improving a service delivery plan
  • Extract and manipulate raw data often using complex formula’s.
  • Analysis of data when extracted.
  • Design customer data to ensure it is presented effectively.
  • Monitoring and measuring changes in data outputs.
  • Production of the capacity model
  • Performing ‘what if’ simulations including the presentation of data in reports and potentially presentations.
  • Identify how data and analysis can be used to inform business needs.
  • Monitoring data.
  • Logging key milestones and operational progress to track over time.
  • Investigate data sets.
  • Implementing an accurate and consolidated data sources.
  • Building strong relationships across the business to ensure that data and information requirements are met across the site.

  • Excellent excel skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Computer literate
  • Proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Warehousing and logistics experience
  • Previous experience in resource planning or MI.
  • Advanced excel and numeracy skills
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • SQL knowledge
  • Report writing skills
  • WMS exposure
