Job Description

Payroll CoordinatorSalary: £25,000 - £26,000Benefits: 25 days holiday plus stats, Life Assurance, Pension, Employee Assistance ProgrammeLocation: SheffieldOur client is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of bespoke metal products. With facilities located globally they are a centre of excellence for processing Nickel, Alloy, Duplex, Stainless and Low Ally Steel. Due to expansion they are now lookingto recruit a Payroll Coordinator to the team. Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager the Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the production of payroll for the GroupTHE ROLE: Processing of Monthly payroll using a managed serviceProvide a high-quality administration serviceAssist with the management of our time & attendance system bytroubleshooting and resolving system related issuesProcessing new starters and leaversProcessing monthly absence in line with legislation, entitlements and Company PoliciesManagement of the Company Pension scheme, auto enrolments and processing of all paymentsScanning & electronic filing to the HR systemTHE CANDIDATE:Experience of payroll (minimum 2/3 years)Experience of using Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of managed payroll operating systemsKnowledge of time & attendance systemsHighly organised and have the ability to work to strict deadlinesEnjoy working with people and as part of a team.THE CONSULTANCY:Edwards & Pearce acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
