Job Description

My client is a £40+ million business operating in more than 27 countries, with offices in the UK, US, France and China. With a rich history and exciting future, they are seeking a creative-thinking Paid Media Executive to join the Digital Marketing team at during an exciting period of international expansion.We are looking for a passionate PPC accredited individual who lives and breathes the full cycle of a digital paid media campaign. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the job holder will have responsibility for all paid media investments, across Search, Social and Display whilst working closely with the rest of the Ecommerce team on DTC lead-generation initiatives.Main Duties and TasksThe role will not only involve executing pre-arranged plans but will require synthesising data and continuous critical thinking to have an input into key decisions to improve marketing strategies and take advantage of future revenue opportunities with emerging digital channels.

  • Search marketing campaigns driving D2C and eMarketplace revenues (Amazon, eBay, Google, Bing ad experience and certifications advantageous).
  • Utilise thorough knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc) to ensure we reach the right people, at the right time on the right platform, with the right message.
  • Utilise experience of online marketing strategies including paid media, social platforms, content marketing, targeting & retargeting to create effective campaigns.
  • Use martech platforms knowledge to run multiple campaigns at once & reports.
  • Create campaigns from start-to-finish including research, testing & tracking,
  • Produce and critically analyse campaign reports to make recommendations to improve campaigns and content.
  • Design conversion funnels to understand our audience/consumer habits to improve digital marketing reach and conversion.
  • Conduct audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform paid media strategies for projects to assist with growth marketing.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns on an ongoing basis, including bid optimization, landing page recommendations, analysing search query reports, and creating or updating ad copy, messaging, and/or imagery.
  • Abilities, Experience & SkillsThe candidate should also be results-driven, ambitious, organised, articulate and a self-starter. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies that meet revenue goals across platforms.Essential:
  • 1 - 2 years’ or more experience in a Paid Media role.
  • Proven success of strategising and executing Paid Media across social and SEM.
  • Solid experience with online marketing strategies including, paid media, social platforms, content marketing, targeting & retargeting.
  • A passion for social media and a desire to learn new industry trends.
  • You will be comfortable using an array of digital platforms including Facebook Power Editor
  • Preferable:
  • DMI/CIM in Digital Marketing qualification (or, a related digital marketing qualification).
  • Certified with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint and Bing Ads would be
