Overhead Crane Operator £11.47ph (40 hour paid week) Salary equivalent of £23,857.60 pa + overtime available at premium ratesDays 8am - 4.30pm 30 min unpaid breakSheffieldTemporary to permanent position for right candidateFree Car Parking, 28 days paid annual leave increasing to 31 after 12 weeksYOU MUST HAVE A VALID CRANE LICENSE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.We are currently recruiting for a candidate with a valid crane license and ideally a slinging certificate. Ideally the candidate will also have experience in either CNC Band Saw operating, Hardness Testing or Inspection processes to work on a temporary to permanent contract in a busy engineering environment. You will be working for a well established global company who supplies their materials worldwide. The company is based within 5 minutes of Meadowhall and has excellent transport links from the Sheffield City Centre and Rotherham Town Centre via bus.For the right candidate, this role will lead to a permanent position which would include 23 days annual leave plus stats (31 in total). In addition to this you will also benefit from a 5% contributory pension, free car parking, company uniform and PPE and inclusion in an annual profit share bonus.You will be working within a busy shop floor ensuring health and safety is adhered to at all times.
