This Vacancy An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Hematology Department for a full-time Outpatient Team Leader working at Sheffield Teaching Hospital, based at RHHWe are looking for a well-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic person who enjoys a challenge, to lead the outpatient team effectively, demonstrating strong leadership qualities at all times.The right applicant will ideally have line management experience, preferably within a hospital environment, and an understanding of hospital systems , e.g. Lorenzo, Info flex and ICE is desirable although not essential.Who we looking forWorking as part of a team and reporting to the Admin & Clerical Supervisor, the post holder will provide an efficient and comprehensive outpatient service on our Daycase unitYou will also be required to display tact and diplomacy where appropriate and have excellent communication skills as well as demonstrating a flexible approach to working, with the ability to manage their time and workload effectively using their own initiative.Successful applicant/s may need to occasionally provide weekend cover.For further details / informal visits contact:Alison Sellars (Admin & Clerical Supervisor)Email: Tel:
