Operations Support Manager covering North East & Yorkshire RegionPermanent - Full Time - 37 hours per week.Covering the North East (Scarborough, Hull, Eaglescliffe, Stainton, Cramlington, and Workington).Covering Yorkshire (Leeds, Harrogate, Ilkey, Barnsley, Mexborough, Wath-upon-Dearne, and South Elmsall).The role is peripatetic and will involve travel and staying away from home.The main purpose of the role is:To support the Operational Management of the region by promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of person-centered care, ensuring that we are meeting individual needs and that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.You will take up a variety of senior positions in MHA care homes as required and provide temporary relief in the absence of the manager or senior officer in a home, carrying out the full duties of the post.The successful post holder will carry out specific projects within a home or region, as specified by the Regional Director and relevant Area Manager.You will have a professional qualification in a Care or health field.
