Working within a fluid and project driven role you take responsibility and project manage the integration of new businesses merger and acquisitions in to a successful and expanding financial planning business.You will take ownership of the front and back office integration process and formulate and role out the efficient transition of smaller firms absorption in to a national advisory business.As an experienced operations or project manager you draw upon your previous experience and be competent in the conduct of root analysis, identifying improvements and help the business transition in efficient time frames. You will be a strong relationshipbuilder at all levels and be comfortable influencing relationships at a very senior level.You will ideally have experience of managing business transitions within the financial sector and ideally within financial planning.On offer is a basic package of up to c£75k with additional benefits and bonuses, the role is new to the business and a necessity given their ongoing growth strategy.The position will report to a Yorkshire based office with some home working flexibility but additional UK travel will be required in support of regional offices and future acquisitions.
