Job Description

Office Manager (Commercial & Operational Support) - Manufacturing & Distribution - Sheffield - Up to £35,000 DOEAbout the CompanyOur client is a growing manufacturer and distributor of modular energy production systems for a wide range of industrial applications. They are seeking an experienced and commercially driven candidate to support the Directors in the efficient running of thebusiness.Office Manager (Commercial & Operational Support) - The Rewards

  • Salary Dependent on Experience £30,000-35,000
  • Benefits Package including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

Office Manager (Commercial & Operational Support) - Requirements
  • Experience as a strong Administrator, Executive Assistant
  • 5 years + experience within a forward thinking, fast paced work environment ideally with a lab/ science based business or modern manufacturing / engineering environment.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills across a wide range of levels and skill sets
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) but also project / diary / meeting management tools.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills with the ability to adapt to an evolving situation with professionalism and a cool head.
  • Able to recognise the need for confidentiality, integrity and resilience.
  • High standards of work with good attention to detail and able to work effectively to deadlines.
Office Manager (Commercial & Operational Support) - Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the daily operation of the office including scheduling meetings and travel, while supporting the function of the Finance and HR activities.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications for the business, including email, post, phone and face to face.
  • Maintaining office records and filing systems for the business both electronic and physical
  • Managing the procurement and storage of office supplies.
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of staff.
  • Developing office policies and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the business.
  • Facilities management of the premises, co-ordinating repairs, deliveries as needed.
  • Assisting with the procurement process for the technical teams.
