Job Description

Multiskilled Service Engineer required. My client is a leading supplier of Bulk Material handling solutions both across the UK and abroad. They are looking for a Multiskilled Service Engineer to join their team in Sheffield. The ideal candidatewill come from a strong Servcie background, will ideally be based locally to sheffield, will be comfotrtable with travelling across the country as well as abroad when required. You will need to pass a securit check for this role do to the nature of the sitesyou will be working on.Multiskilled Service Engineer Position Overview

  • Undertaking Multiskilled Fault finding, service and maintenance works on company equipment
  • Taking part in installation and commissioning duties as required
  • Working on a wide range of material handling equipment in locations such as Airports, Flour Mills and Ports
  • Travelling throughout the country as well as abroad as and when required
  • Completing weekly timesheets and expense forms
  • Working in line with any active permits / legislation
Multiskilled Service Engineer Position Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Multiskilled Service role is essential
  • Ideally at least NVQ qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Travelling to customer sites across the UK
  • Travelling abroad when required (this will be pre discussed)
  • Strong fault finding, diagnosis and rectification experience
  • Experienced with equipment installation and commissioning
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Valid UK Passport
  • You will need to pass a security clearance check for this role (This is non-negotiable)
Multiskilled Service Engineer Position Remuneration
  • Salary £25,000 - £29,000 DOE
  • Full time Monday - Friday
  • 28 Days holiday inclusive of public holidays
  • Company Vehicle
