An amazing opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest Shared Ownership brokers in the UK, which is now part of the Larger group of Companies within the New build sector - As a group, one of the largest new build brokers in the country.Currently they have a team of around 45 and the have huge growth plans, which has been driven by relationships with over 80 Housing Associations across the Country.In the average month they have excess of 2400 Shared Ownership buyers contact them to begin their home ownership journey, They are extremely service driven, nothing is too much - this reflects the ever growing number of Housing Associations partnering with them!They are looking to recruit a Mortgage Processor/Case Handler, you will be working within the team who is responsible for getting clients mortgages from basic approval stage, all the way through to completion.The appointed person will work as part of the processing team to ensure that the client gets the mortgage they want and will:o Process mortgages with the aim of achieving early mortgage offerso Input new client data to our custom-built CRM systemo Liaise with clients and other parties to collect processing information for clients mortgageso Help and assist clients at all stages of the mortgage process.o Be extremely pro-active with great sense of urgency and commercial awarenessApplicants for the role of Mortgage Processor will have:o Experience in processing mortgages is essentialo Ability to multitask and work accurately yet quicklyo The confidence and telephone manner to try to help clientso The ability to communicate effectively with others in the teamo A desire to be happy in work, helping others and breeding a culture of supporto The salary for the role is £18,017 per annum plus a performance related bonus OTE circa £20,000 uncappedo Full Time PermanentLocation -REMOTE or Sheffield based officeThis company offer great prospects to progress, the chance to progress through to your CeMAP.If you would like to apply please send your CV without delay!
