Job Description

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Mortgage Operations Manager to join a close-knit directly authorised firm based in Sheffield. This is an office based role, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.Can you motivate, guide and grow a team Do you have previous proven success in a whole of market setting, as well as previous managment experienceIn this role you will be managing an experienced team of Mortgage & Protection Advisers helping them to best achieve targets and clients to find the right mortgage for them.There is great prospects of career progression with in this role. This firm make sure that the client is at the heart of all they do. You will be expected to lead by example and write own Mortgage & Protection cases and have ambitions to grow with in thecompany.Whats in it for you
