Mechanical EngineerPosition: Mechanical EngineerLocation: SheffieldType: Full Time, PermanentHours of Work: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30Salary: £31,000 per annumWe’re currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer on behalf of our client in the Sheffield area. Our client are a global leader in the trading, processing, and recycling of raw materials for the stainless-steel industry, as well as high-performance materialssuch as superalloys and titanium.Key Responsibilities:· Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Conduct installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment at UK locations, with a focus on the densifier plant, mobile cranes, forklifts, and bucket loaders.Qualifications and Skills:· Significant experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, and hydraulic systems with a preference for an industrial background.· Electrical Bias 18th Edition qualification.· Strong knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation.· Proficient computer skills.· Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Maintenance.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:· Life insurance, pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme.· £31,000 per annum· 25 Days annual leave + bank holiday· Overtime paid at x1.5 Monday to Saturday and x2 Sundays.If this sounds like the role for you please do not hesitate to reach out for more information.
