Job Description

My client is looking for a dedicated full mix Marketing & Campaigns Manager to help shape and communicate our public sector initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and implementing effective end to end marketing campaigns to enhance publicawareness.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established public sector organisation based in South Yorkshire who look to improve the lives of the local community.DescriptionAs a Marketing Manager (Campaigns) you will help to drive key messages, raise the organisations profile, deliver corporate branded marketing material and help to support events.You will be responsible for marketing across various platforms and must have driven of end-to-end campaigns. You will promote via various channels marketing, media, digital and events.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for public sector initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and digital content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and evaluate ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall organisational goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders and the public to gather feedback and improve campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in public sector marketing.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulations and ethical standards.
  • Proactively promote programmes through their strategic delivery plans with the ability to implement day to day campaigns and projects.
  • Develop effective marketing planning, delivery and/or commissioning of marketing campaigns and contribute to the corporate marketing strategy - to include creative and innovative marketing campaigns in line with the organisations objectives.
  • Planning and develop of complex marketing projects and integrate marketing into multi-channel and corporate campaigns
  • Assist with the management of marketing and ensure all marketing and events activity is customer focused and linked to strategic priorities
  • Plan, manage and deliver communications activity on a range of channels and platforms, including websites, social media, digital marketing, email.
  • Create copy and content, in line with campaign and strategic objectives.
  • Work with the internal and external agency for production of marketing collateral, including brochures, campaign material, social media graphics, supporting icons and infographics to brief.
ProfileA successful Marketing & Campaigns Manager should have:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability in managing marketing campaigns, particularly within the public sector, agency or a complex environment
  • A strong understanding of positioning the brand and how to support marketing campaign to be successful.
  • Proven track record in engaging a range of audiences through marketing, including the public, politicians regionally and nationally, private sector businesses and other key interest and stakeholder groups
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaign performance.
