Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join a successful & fast-growing manufacturing business based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Managers role is to really put a stamp on the business, promoting the unique and exciting projects they do and help support the continued growth and success.If you have demonstrable experience in a full mix marketing role, within a B2B environment and want to be part of a successful, fast growing business, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):*Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our clients products in the market*Develop and implement go to market plans to effectively reach potential customers *Help develop and design campaigns both online and offline*Use market intelligence and customer insight to be the expert on potential customers and competitors, using CRM and reporting tools*Conduct analysis to determine product positioning, market segmentation, and prioritisation*Plan marketing activities across online and offline marketing in order to promote not only their service but also positive news stories such as new client wins and successful project completionExperience Required:*Solid experience within a Full Mix Marketing role*Extensive knowledge of all things marketing and proven experience of writing marketing plans within a B2B Marketing role*Approachable attitude*Positive and able to work under own initiative and a strong work ethic*Exceptional influencing skills and relationship management skills, both internally and externally*Ability to communicate and operate across functions*Excellent accuracy and attention to detailAside from a competitive salary, this business provides exceptional company benefits, and free parking.Elevation Marketing is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on marketing positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
