Withdata and technology,the company aims to positively impact every step of the learning process and to make educators more efficient. Our aim is to give every child the same chance when it comes toaccessing amazing books.The company is now looking for an entrepreneurial-minded marketing professional to create structure and drive performance across the marketing function. Joining this impressive growth company at a critical stage in their development, the role of the MarketingDirector will be to:

  • Own the international and local marketing and brand strategies.
  • Review and manage marketing initiatives to create demand generating and user acquisition strategies for schools and consumers.
  • Manage the marketing budget and investment to initiate further growth.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR and communication strategies.
  • Build an effective, capable, and high performing marketing organization through coaching, mentoring, and managing direct reports.
Core aspects of this Marketing Director jobPerformance Marketing(Mostly) Inbound marketing activities and e-commerce primarily focused on B2B2C and driving orders for partners through the execution of targeted digital campaigns and data-driven tactics that have a direct impact on sales. You must be a true digital specialistwho can take a hands-on approach and build a team of like-minded experts who can deliver.PartnershipsPartnering with B2B and B2C players to achieve cost-effectivecustomer acquisition. This will be achieved through a range of strategic activities and effective communication towards Consumer-facing players and companies.Growth hackingCombine skills in digital marketing and analytics and together with product management find and implement creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels to build a customer base to grow the business. Experimenting and identifying channels to test,running tests, and perform customer/audience segmentation analysis.Leadership and Team DevelopmentContinuous improvement and establish process and structure. Create a unique and leading working environment through an inclusive, supportive, consistent, and social leadership style. Lead and mentor a growing team of marketers.What youll need
  • Experience working in product organizations
  • Entrepreneurial background with an ability to get things done, while thinking about the strategic picture
  • Previous experience at VP level with a proven track record
  • B2B2C experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital channels including search, google ads, e-mail and social media marketing.
  • Leadership skills; being able to support and motivate a team to achieve in a dynamic working environment
