Job Description

Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Sheffield/RemoteOur established client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Activation Managers, working proactively, and running marketing andadministrative tasks to successfully implement the Brand and Marketing activities in Country and manage the monthly marketing spend.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day marketing activities/assets.
  • Support the implementation of local marketing campaigns.
  • Managing spends and payments.
  • Managing merchandise, consumables, and marketing POS materials.
  • Raising & receipting all UK Activation purchase order requirements.
  • Management of the European P2P tracker, updating purchase order information. Review of the monthly MI book from Procurement and report back to the procurement team with PO status updates or any report inaccuracies.
  • Management of merchandise and customer consumable stock items. Stock ordering, stock replenishment, inventory location management, sales order processes and queries.
Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Highly motivated, able to self-start or ask questions where needed.
  • Completer-finisher, tenacious at following things through to completion
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Initiative to suggest improvements.
  • Exemplary computer skills and highly proficient in excel, word and outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
