Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing are currently engaged in the confidential recruitment for a Manufacturing Manager, working for our client who is a market leader in their sector and are experiencing fantastic growth despite the COVID19 pandemic.As Manufacturing Manager, you will be accountable for maximising business performance across all business-critical areas which will include, but isnt limited to: Production, Health & Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Contract Management and Budget control with a strong emphasis on people management.Key areas of responsibility for the Production Manager:- Lead all business operations: Health & Safety; Service; continuous improvement; Client organisation; Quality, People Management- Responsible for all aspects of production- Deliver succession plans to create high performing teams- Drive forward new business initiatives and identifying further business opportunitiesElevation Engineering & Manufacturing are keen to speak with senior Operations professionals who possesses the following:- Strong man manager who develops and nurtures their team- Minimum of 5 years Management experience within engineering/manufacturing- Desirable industry background would include: FMCG or Food - Have acted in a client facing role and confident with negotiation- Strong Lean / CI experience with a proven track recordElevation Engineering & Manufacturing are a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group, specialising in Senior and Leadership roles in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
