Here at Sharman Court our student village in Sheffield, we are now looking for a Maintenance Operative to undertake minor re-active repairs and carry out planned preventative maintenance works on a part time basis. This will include painting and decorating, health and safety checks, grounds maintenance, gardening, refuse and recycling management.About YouWe’re looking for an individual who either has significant experience in a specialist trade, whether that be carpentry / joinery, plumbing, electrical or gas to name or few, or who has experience in residential repairs and fit outs. Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload, you will have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain the highest levels of professionalism with customers, even when under stress.
