Job Description

Here at Leader Industrial we are excited to be working with a household name in the mail world!So this means we are looking for various people from Warehouse through to Mail Sorters to join a busy and thriving environment in Sheffield (S9)Whilst working you can expect to be unloading all sort of mail and parcels from vans, to get them through the warehouse safely and ensuring they are put in the correct destination. In any one shift you can be sorting over a million letters as a team. Itskey that you are flexible with the right level of commitment and enthusiasm mixed in!What we look for in a successful applicant

  • Happy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Working to deadlines to reach a common goal
  • You have a great attention to detail and strong levels of focus
  • Flexibility is key and that will mean youre happy to switch between different jobs throughout your shift.
  • The various roles included operating mail sorting machines, sorting mail into separate types and despatching mail.
  • Youre able to push trolleys (up to 250kgs) and lift and move mail bags (up to 11kg)
  • Youre okay standing for long periods of time
  • You dont need experience as training is given but any similar skills would be great
  • If you have worked for similar distribution companies then we would love to hear from you
In return we can offer various shifts including:
  • Early: 06.00 - 14.00
  • Late: 14.00 - 22.00
  • Night: 22.00 - 06.00
