Academics LTD are Seeking to recruit a Level 2 Teaching Assistant KS2 Part time needed Sheffield e to help local Education and training across Sheffield and supoort our Primary client with the perfect solution.Academics LTD South Yorkshire branch are working with an Good rated mainstream Primary School in Sheffield who are seeking Teaching Assistant to work within KS2 mostly Y4 and Y5 supporting pupil with additional needs, gaps on learning on a 1:1 and small group basis with some whole class support too from March 202 ongoing. This role is initially just mornings but could increase to 1 full day a week and 4 mornings. Ideal candidate: Level 2 Teaching Assistant KS2 Part time needed Sheffield - You have a passion for supporting children with additional needs, gaps in learning - catch up and targetted intervention and a proven working history within a similar role or setting at KS2.- You need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active with good communication skills and have a friendly, positive manner.- You are able to work proactively with the class-based team, using your own initiative as well as supporting the class teacher - You have experience working towards SATS- You are willing to go above and beyond to support young people in their learning. - You will be willing to work both 1-1 as well as with small groups within the classroom setting - You will have an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one with Academics LTD).-Ideal candidate needs to be Level 2 trained in a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification.
