SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.We are currently looking to recruit a Learning and Development Specialist to provide learning and development opportunities for employees of SIG UK by designing and delivering engaging learning to a wide range of audiences.What does the role involveAs Learning and Development Specialist, you will work alongside two existing L&D Specialists to deliver leadership delivery programmes, early careers, and product sales training across the UK. Working closely with other L&D team members, youllcontinually strive to innovate and improve on the overall L&D programme and strategy and deliver to make SIG UKs L&D team truly market leading.The successful candidate will require: Extensive recent experience in an in-house L&D role across a broad range of specialisms. Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business Ability to identify key business priorities and react quickly and with agility in order to develop L&D solutions Ability to review, evaluate and improve Experience in designing, creating, delivering, evaluating and then continuously improve training in a blended learning approach. Sound presentation skills with the ability to engage those around you.
