Job Description

The Role The Students Union has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join the HR team on a part-time basis of 22 hours per week. This is a great time to join the organisation as we review our L&D offer and adapt ourexisting approach to support our hybrid workforce. With support from the team, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a range of training programmes including new starter induction, supervisory and management development, employability skills andcustomer service training. You will work with the Student Leadership teams and will be instrumental in the development of our internal training team that supports student development. This role will also work alongside the HR team to deliver a meaningful calendarof wellbeing and ED&I activities throughout the year.You will have strong communication skills and a creative flair, with the ability to engage and inspire others through your passion for people development. You should have experience of delivering training, preferably to a range of audiences. You may alsohave had experience of designing content and possibly e-learning.The Students Union is an exciting and vibrant place to work.
